Character Usage

> Fan content is allowed without permission (e.g. fanfiction, art, cosplay, etc.)

> Characters can be depicted in adult situations if they are 18+ (e.g. alcohol, drugs, sexual encounters, etc.)

Forbidden Acts:

> Characters cannot be depicted in political or religious content.

> Although adult situations are allowed, explicit nudity, gore, and illegal activities cannot be depicted, no matter their age.

> Derivatives are not allowed.

> Roleplaying is not allowed (this includes social media accounts based off the character).

Voicebank Usage

> oto.ini edits are allowed.

> Porting to OpenUTAU or other programs that use UTAU voicebanks is allowed.

> Crediting K3RA is optional.

> Always specify name of character voicebank (voicebank names, such as "_empress" is optional, but stating "Samaki Fujine" is mandatory).

Forbidden Acts:

> Porting to programs that require reconfiguration of voicebanks (e.g. DeepVocal, DiffSVC, etc.) is not allowed.

> File edits are not allowed.

> Redistribution is not allowed (including edits).

> Do not claim as your own.

Art Usage

> Please credit K3RA for any artworks posted on this website and/or my social medias.

> Art can be used in videos and uploads.

Commercial Usage

> YouTube/SoundCloud uploads with monetization is allowed (as long as the rules above are followed).

Forbidden Acts:

> Any type of merchandise using the character and/or the voicebank is not allowed (without permission).

> Use of my art in commercial products is not allowed (without permission)
> Works uploaded to Spotify, Apple Music, or any other paid music streaming site is not allowed.
